Youth Connections is a funded by the Commonwealth trust of Australia as represented by the Department of Education and workplace Relations
Youth Connections is aimed at helping young people between the ages of 11 & 19 who are most at risk of leaving school early & training, and not getting 12 or equivalent.
Youth Connections gives young people individual support which is aimed at helping them stay at school, get into Tafe or other training and improve their ability to manage life better. We try to connect with young people and help them with education, family and community while supporting them to achieve their goals.
They will have a case manager who will help them work out ways to achieve their goals.
