Disability Employment Services - Disability Management Service
This service is for job seekers with mental health issues who require the assistance of a disability employment service but are not expected to need long-term support in the workplace. Case Managers at Access Community Group will support participants into employment and offer ongoing support to maintain the employment.
This intensive Case Management service further assists with referrals to appropriate services such as Psychologist, Health Care Professions and other Community Agencies.
